WWE star Big E has conceded he 'may never be cleared' to wrestle again following his neck injury in 2022. The 38-year-old, whose name is Ettore 'Big E' Ewen, broke two vertebrae in March of that year after a botched belly-to-belly suplex outside the ring. And more than two years on from breaking his neck, Big E has shared a sad update with fans. 'Two year neck scans are in. Things are unchanged,' he wrote on X. 'My C1 [vertebrae] has healed fibrously but has not formed new bone. I’m not medically cleared and truthfully, I may never be cleared. However, he added he is 'blessed to be free of pain, immensely happy and otherwise healthy. Life is good.' 'But on the other side, I talked to spine specialists, people who have worked on other people in the company and done their fusions and they said like "hey, I would not wrestle again if I were you."'
